The Ultimate Husband is a realistic novel written by Skykissing Wolf. The plots of this novel is a little similar with that of The Charismatic Charlie Wade. The hero, Darryl was one of sons from the Darby clan, the largest clan in the Jiangnan region, but married Lily with nothing. He was scolded by all of members of his clan was erased from the clan's record eventually after purchasing eight percent of share of a comppany. He was bullied and discriminated by all of people in his wife' family although he took on all household duties and lived uneasily. His position is lower than a dog in family. Different from Charlie Wade, he was not loved by his wife and couldn't get any comfort from anyone in this family. However, a phone changed everything. It's proved that Darryl's investment is a wise choic, which make a great deal profit for him. All of people who had denied and despised him paid the price for their behaviours.
The experience of the formidable son in law narrated in this novel will let you feel cool, from which an individual imagines stories that he let those people who discriminate him now beg and respect him someday. The author gave a vivd description on those dark days when Darryl lived a life without dignity. What does little space mean? readers can get the answer from Darryl's life. He was not only despised by others but had no freedom in life, which is a sufficating life. The author is very adept at accounting details in life so that many situations in this novel could forms dynamic pirctures in readers' mind. The interpersonal relationship in this book is more realistic and reveals that some people's ugly nature of despising the poor and currying favour with the rich.
